One floor living
Upon entering Sea Grace, guests notice the living room’s high ceilings and walls hung with the owner’s extensive art collection of coastal scenes. Four skylights reveal an open architectural floor plan, thoughtfully designed to extend from the living room to the modern chef’s kitchen through to the light-filled dining room.
Wireless Sonos sound system is accessible in all the main living rooms throughout Sea Grace.

The gracious dining room’s clerestory windows and breathtaking period chandelier cast light-filled reflections in the elegant space, providing the perfect backdrop for any occasion or celebration.
Two fully-outfitted kitchens provide best of entertaining
The modern design chef’s kitchen comes with a fully outfitted second kitchen and butler’s pantry with a stack washer and dryer for laundry and a door out to the pool for easy entertaining.
No detail left untouched, this double kitchen includes a Fisher-Paykel gas range and hood, double ovens, two dishwashers (Fisher-Paykel and Bosch), and two refrigerators (Fisher-Paykel and Samsung). Complete with an eat-in counter for four, the kitchen faces French doors which open to a front patio.
The patio’s wicker furniture and jasmine canopy, a hallmark of Southern gardens, allows guests to enjoy the front yard’s magnificent crepe myrtle tree, heralded as one of the largest on the island.

Turning immediately to the right off the living room, large glass doors swing open to the charming Sea Grace sunroom decorated in cool seaside colors. Letting the outside in, this family room has floor-to-ceiling windows, an HD Smart TV, bookshelves filled with novels, puzzles and games for the entire family to enjoy. Cozy up with a favorite beach novel on the large wrap around couch and watch the hours pass by.
This room provides the perfect year-round escape to enjoy lazy mornings, afternoons and evenings on charming 5th Street.
Sea Grace’s extensive art collection by local and national artists ranges from modern to the impressionistic style.
Each piece, inspired by the glorious sunrises over the Atlantic and golden sunsets over the marsh right outside your doorstep, is selected to bring joy and a bit of “sea grace” to guests while on vacation.

The master includes an HD Smart TV, wireless Sonos, a walk-in closet and private bathroom with tub and steam shower.
Hot water is on-demand throughout the house, leaving no guest in the cold.
Passing a door out to the pool and garden, a hallway leads to a queen bedroom with views of the pool and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub.
Turning slightly down the hallway filled with beautiful art to inspire, you come upon a bedroom with two twins and a built-in with mirrored vanity.
Through private double doors further down the hallway, a queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower also offer views of the pool and brightly-colored cabana.

Sea Grace’s wall-enclosed private pool and pool deck with its fun beach-blue cabana awning is surrounded by a garden oasis, planted with citrus, palm and hawthorne trees, oleander and rose bushes, a magnolia tree, and climbing jasmine.
Chaise lounges, outdoor dining for six under the large cabana awning, a gas grill and an outdoor ping pong table are perfect for guests of any age for lazy days spent poolside.
During the summer season, Sea Grace Cottage requires a 7-night minimum.
